Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing deposit. Deposit can be transferred to another day.
Cancellations made after the notice period will result in lose of current deposit and new deposit is due to rebook.
Frequent cancellations will result in restrictions on future bookings.
REFUND POLICY
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds are only issued in the case of service error or cancellation by the provider.
If unsatisfied with the service, you have a 72 hour window to come in and get corrections at NO CHARGE. Anything over 72 hours will not be waived.
PRE-APPOINTMENT POLICY
